Job description

As HR Business Partner you will be required to develop, coordinate and implement the HR policy for a number of business departments and companies of the Indaver Group, in accordance with the Group HR strategy, in order to support and advise line management in achieving their goals. A competency in Learning and Development and performance Management is required.

  • Assess training and development needs and suggest possible training and development solutions to provide an appropriate response.
  • Develop L&D culture and associated systems of work in Indaver.
  • Take the lead on learning and development competence.
  • Prepare, implement and monitor defined HR projects and guide change with a focus on communication.
  • Recruit talented staff in a timely manner in consultation with management and in line with Indaver’s Recruitment & Selection.
  • Conducting Exit Interviews and establishing action plans with management on feedback received in order to create a retention knowledge bank.
  • Assist in the mapping of career paths of employees to ensure increased engagement and retention.
  • Monitoring and assisting line managers with structural changes in the organisation.
  • Conduct performance management workshops to guide and advise managers.
  • Coach and support managers on all performance, career development, disciplinary, and grievance cases.
  • Assist managers in the design and preparation of job descriptions.
  • Ensuring HR policies and practices are in line with relevant employment Law in order to protect the company.

Job requirements

  • Min 4-5 years experience in a generalist HR function with a specialisation in L&D
  • Degree/Masters level in HR or related degree such as a business degree. (this can be substituted with relevant experience)
  • Strong knowledge of Employment law legislation in UK and Ireland
  • Certified Hay Evaluator desirable
  • Knowledge of Psychometric assessment desirable
